Dear Fellow Brevard Resident,

There are many important votes on the August 26th ballot and one of those will be for County Court Judge.  Since being appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush in 2006 to serve you as your Brevard Country Judge in Group 3, I have worked hard to provide the highest level of professional judicial experience in dealing with thousands of cases that require fair and just decisions.

As your County Court Judge, I have handled more than 10,000 cases that included criminal, DUI, criminal traffic, civil traffic, small claims, evictions, county civil and uncontested divorces.  From my court experience and my 13 years as an Assistant State Attorney, I know how the decisions made in County Court can impact people, their families, our quality of life and our community.

Each court case is different and requires careful consideration.  When you get your day in court, it is important that the presiding judge has the experience and legal knowledge so your rights are protected and your case is fairly heard.  I am deeply honored to be a Brevard County Court Judge, serving the needs of our community.  I look forward to the opportunity to serve you further.  Thank you for your support.
